Special moment with manager

The annual planning meeting was on the program again and my supervisor invited me to give it my own interpretation this year. I came in contact with Lies via the Lies Keramiek website and told her my wish: a creative session with my supervisor where, among other things, cooperation, trust, dare to let go and reinforce each other by means of. using your own talent and creativity (co-creation) would be covered. Lies was immediately enthusiastic and soon had a beautiful and appropriate assignment in mind for us. And yes, it has really become a special moment of being together, with a lasting tangible memory; a selfmade ceramic bowl with the message from my supervisor: follow your heart. And that is precisely the essence of what this entire session started with….  Lies: thank you very much for your inspiration, good conversation and professional guidance during the session.
