Spectacular Raku workshop (in other words: a sensational ceramic workshop!)

Twice a year, in spring and autumn, I give a few Raku workshops. Each workshop participant makes his or her own clay object and applies a colorful glaze. The unique feature of Raku is the specific way of firing. Raku is a Japanese technique, and relatively very short and spectacular way of firing; with which you play with the elements water, fire, air and earth. We do all this together in the courtyard in front of my studio. Suitable for beginners as well as advanced.

The workshop is on two successive Saterdays from 10 am till 5.30 pm. In 2016: 16th and 23th april and 10th en 17th september. On the first day the clay pieces are made and on the second day they are fired. The costs: € 155, including an elaborate lunch in Café De Bak.
